Happy Earth Day 2010!

Today is the 40th Anniversary of Earth Day, a day designated to increase awareness and appreciation of the environment. I am going to celebrate by turning off the computer and getting outside to plant additional native shrubs to our native plant landscaping! We will also install the rain barrel some time this week to catch those spring rains for our garden.

Handmade for Earth Day!

It's almost Earth Day and I am participating in the Handmade for Earth Day Auction by EcoEtsy!

Lots of EcoEtsy team members have donated their lovely handmade, eco-friendly goods for this event, and the proceeds will go to the World Wildlife Fund. Awesome! So, what are you waiting on - go check it out!
